General Manufacturing : Design-Build Project Highlight


	Project: Gypsum Manufacturing Location: Savannah, Georgia Type: Hybrid Features: This addition to an existing Gypsum Board Facility in Georgia was a design build project completed in 2008. The new buildings housed a new Board Line, new Warehouse Area, Stucco Tower, Crusher Facility, Shipping Facility, and new Administration Building. The project was done on a fast track requiring considerable coordination with the concrete contractor, the mechanical contractor, and the electrical contractor as well as the process installation process. Again, completed on time...within budget.
